No setup fee and no monthly fee. You pay per payment, at the rates in your proposal.

What shapes your rate

Six things shape your rate.

We ask about each of them on the call. Your proposal prices the mix you actually have, not an average merchant's.

  • Monthly volume

How much you process each month, and how steady it is across the year.

  • Markets & currencies

Where your customers pay and where you settle. Domestic payments cost less to process than cross-border ones.

  • Payment methods

Cards, wallets and local methods such as SEPA Debit or OXXO each carry different network costs.

  • Average ticket

A fixed fee per payment weighs more on small tickets than on large ones, so the structure of the rate follows yours.

  • Risk & chargeback profile

Your category, delivery times and dispute history shape the risk we take on as your acquirer.

  • Payout schedule

Daily, weekly or instant payouts, and the currencies you want to settle in.

Always included

Included with every account.

Whatever your proposal says, everything below ships with the account on day one, at any volume.

  • Builder

Websites, apps and hosted checkout pages, with one custom domain per project and SSL included.

  • Dashboard

Payments, payouts, balances and disputes in one ledger, with exports and team roles.

  • Fraud screening

Velocity rules, device signals and network data on every payment, tuned per market.

  • 3-D Secure 2

Risk-based authentication that steps in only when it raises approval or the law requires it.

  • Webhooks

Signed events for every state change, with retries, replay and a delivery log you can read.

  • Support

Email support with engineers on the rota, and a status page that tells the truth.

Larger volumes

More volume, more markets, a team of your own.

From about $1M a month, or with several legal entities, a proposal can go further: other pricing models, your own merchant IDs and people who know your account by name.

Volume thresholds are placeholders until finance signs off.

  • Interchange++

Network costs passed through as they are, plus one margin you can check on every payment.

  • Dedicated acquiring

Your own merchant IDs with the local schemes, and routing tuned to your approval rates.

  • A named team

An account manager and a technical contact who know your setup, with response times written into the contract.

  • Multi-entity

One dashboard across legal entities and currencies, with settlement per entity.

Questions

Questions about pricing.

Why is there no public price list?
Because the cost of a payment depends on how and where it is made. A domestic card, a local method and an international card each cost something different, and so does a small shop compared with a business selling in several countries. One public rate would overcharge most businesses or hide the difference in fine print, so we price the mix you actually have.
How fast will I get a proposal?
Within two business days of the call or the form, in writing. If something is missing to price it properly, we ask rather than guess.
Is there a setup fee or a monthly fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. You pay per successful payment, at the rates in your proposal.
Can I try it before talking to sales?
Yes. Create an account and you get sandbox keys, test cards and test payments for local methods, without a contract. Live payments start once we have verified the business and you have accepted a proposal.
What happens if my volume changes?
Your rates stay as written until both sides agree to new ones. If your volume, markets or methods change, ask for a review; any new rates come to you in writing before they apply.
Will you match a competitor's rate?
Not automatically. Send us what you pay today and we will tell you plainly whether we can beat it, match it or not, and why. Compare the whole cost too: payouts, currency conversion, disputes and the tools you would stop paying for separately.

A short call or form, then your rates in writing within two business days. Nothing applies until you accept them.
